These terms and conditions govern the use of the solarcrowd application.

Scope
These terms apply to all users of the application.
Service description
The application supports, among other things, the digital handling of processes and information related to community solar projects.
Requirements for use
- Registration is required for certain features.
- Information must be truthful and kept up to date.
- Minimum age: 18 years. Minors require consent of their legal representative.
- Acceptance of the privacy policy is required.
License and prohibited use
Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the application.
In particular, it is prohibited to:
- use the application for unlawful purposes
- impair security or functionality
- gain unauthorized access to third-party data
Availability and maintenance
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance may lead to temporary disruptions.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ecolabor GmbH is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted.
Users are liable for damages caused by intentional or negligent behavior.
Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
All rights to the application and its content remain with ecolabor GmbH or the respective rights holders.
Changes to the terms
We may change these terms. Changes will be communicated appropriately. Continued use constitutes acceptance unless you object.
Termination
Users may stop using the application at any time by deleting their account.
In case of violations or misuse, we may block access with immediate effect.
Final provisions
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Basel-Landschaft, Switzerland.
If any provision is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
